摘要
通过北京市平谷区生活垃圾综合处理厂工程中60m高钢筋混凝土烟囱的工程实践,研究并应用了提升模板施工技术.提出了提升模板技术在高耸构筑物工程中应用时的模板设计,介绍了该构筑物工程中提升模板的施工要点及实施效果.工程实践证明,提升模板技术在高耸构筑物中的应用,具有安全适用、技术先进、缩短工期等技术经济效果.
In the process of constructing the 60-meter high reinforced concrete chimney located in the comprehensive processing zone of garbage plant in Pinggu District, Beijing, the construction technology of hoisting template is studied and applied in the paper. That includes the template design of formwork lifting technology, the construction points of formwork lifting technology and the implementation effects of the formwork lifting technology in constructing buildings. The practice proves that the application of formwork lifting technology is safely applicable and technologically advanced and also can shorten the construction duration.
