摘要
为探讨扩肛联合复方龙珠软膏外涂治疗Ⅱ期肛裂的临床疗效，将120例Ⅱ期肛裂患者随机分为两组，各60例，一组给予扩肛联合复方龙珠软膏外涂治疗（治疗组），一组单纯给予扩肛治疗（对照组），对比分析两组患者总体疗效及肛门疼痛消失时间、便血消失时间及裂口愈合时间。结果显示，治疗组治愈50例，好转8例，无效2例；对照组治愈36例，好转16例，无效8例。治疗组治愈率明显高于对照组，P〈O．05。治疗组肛门疼痛消失时间、便血消失时间及裂口愈合时间明显短于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，扩肛联合复方龙珠软膏外涂治疗Ⅱ期肛裂疗效明显优于单纯扩肛治疗，值得临床推广应用。
This study was to investigate the curative effect of digital dilating anus combined with external using Longzhu salve for treating II stage anal fissure. The 120 patients withⅡstage anal fissure were ran- domly divided into treatment group and control group, 60 cases for each;the former received above-men- tioned combination therapy, the latter received alone digital dilation of anus;the whole curative effects, lost time for pain of anus,lost time of hematochezia and healing time for fissure were compared and analyzed be- tween both groups. As results, 1） whole curative effect： in treatment group 50 cases were cured, 8 im- proved,2 of non-response,while in control group,36 cured, 16 improved,8 of non-response, respectively, thus the curative rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（ P 〈0.05） ;2） on the time of above 3 items：treatment group was significantly shorter than control group（ P 〈0.05）. Results show that above-mentioned combination therapy for Ⅱ stage anal fissure is superior to alone dilation of anus, thus it is worthy to be popularized for clinical use.
