摘要
为探讨经肛门内窥镜微创手术（TEM）治疗直肠肿瘤的临床疗效，本研究采用此方法治疗直肠肿瘤32例，其中良性直肠肿瘤23例，直肠类癌7例，恶性直肠肿瘤2例。结果显示，本组32例均顺利完成手术，无手术死亡病例。平均手术时间为40min。平均住院时间为7d。术中出血量均〈5ml。术后直肠出血1例，创面感染1例。随访1年，均无复发。结果表明，TEM治疗直肠肿瘤安全可行，患者创伤小，住院时间短，并发症少，值得临床推广应用。
In order to investigate the clinical effects of transanal endoscopic microsurgery （TEM） for rectal neoplasms in this study TEM was used in the treatment of 32 cases with rectal neoplasms,including 23 ca- ses of benign tumour, malignant one of 2 cases and rectal carcinoid of 7 cases. As results, operation was smoothly performed on all of the 32 cases,no operative death cases occured;average time for operation was 40 min,average hospital stay was 7 days;intraoperative bleeding volume was less than 5 ml at all;after op- eration bleeding from rectum was in one case,wound-surface infection in one case; follow-up of one year did not find recurrence cases. Results show that TEM for rectal neoplasms is safe and feasible,and with smaller trauma, shorter hospitalization duration as well less complications, thus it is worthy to be popularized for use.
