摘要
[目的]了解西部某高校医学生生命质量现状,分析相关影响因素。[方法]采用WHOQOL-100量表对5个专业563名在校医学生进行问卷调查。[结果]调查对象生命质量总分为65.61±9.58,专业类型和民族为其影响因素;各领域得分分别为生理领域66.36±11.82,心理领域62.74±11.49,独立性77.59±10.37,社会关系领域69.74±12.46,环境领域60.91±10.60和精神领域56.75±20.32;不同性别、民族、家庭居住地和专业学生在各领域得分有差异。[结论]应有区别地关注不同性别、民族、户籍类型和专业学生不同领域的问题,并开展有针对性的改善生命质量的活动。
Objective To know the status and influencing factors of medical college students' life quality(QOL) in a western university. Methods Investigated 563 college students by WHOQOL-100 questionnaires. Results The total score of life quality was 65.61±9.58, and its influencing factors were the students' major subject type and nationality. Scores of the physiology fields was 66.36±11.82, psychology fields was 62.74±11.49, independence fields was 77.59±10.37, social relation fields was 69.74±12.46, environment fields was 60.91 ± 10.60 and spirit fields was 56.75±20.32. There was score difference in the students' sex, nationality, family residence place and their major subject type in every field. Conclusions Pay attention to the problem of the students and promote pertinency activities of improving the life quality.
