反相高效液相色谱法测定人字草中异荭草素的含量 被引量：2

摘要 目的建立人字草中异荭草素含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法测定,色谱柱为Welchrom-C18柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸(15∶85),检测波长为360nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0mL/min,进样量10L。结果异荭草素的回归方程为Y=2595.05X+34.57,在8.08-40.4μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.5%(n=5),RSD为0.93%。结论该方法简便可行,重复性好,适合于人字草中异荭草素的含量测定,为其质量标准的制订提供参考。
