摘要
针对传统运营支撑系统由于系统体系结构缺乏灵活性、虚拟服务需求反应周期长、虚拟服务差异化不明显以及虚拟服务评价缺失等而很难适应虚拟服务的不断增长和快速变化的问题,通过对通信虚拟服务系统体系结构的研究,深入分析了现阶段虚拟服务的运营状况,借助多Agent的结构模式描述构建了基于多Agent和本体的通信领域虚拟服务系统体系结构,并对该问题的进一步研究方向进行了说明。
In this paper, in view of the problems of the support system of the communication services, we studied the structure of the communication virtual service system, analyzed in depth the operational situation of virtual services in the current stage, established the architectural structure of the communication virtual service system based on multi-agent and ontology, and then elaborated on the future direction of studies on this subject.
