摘要
指出了零担物流包括货站型、直营型、加盟型、企业物流和电子商城物流等模式,精品专线、直营零担、跨行业发展各具特色,领军企业将逐步形成,标准化复制是其发展趋势。完善零担物流业态还需要规范经营行为,加强风险控制,注重人才培养,调动员工积极性,提高执行力。
In this paper, we pointed out that LTL logistics could be divided into the freight yard mode, direct-operation model, membership mode, enterprise logistics mode and e-market logistics mode, etc., and argued that its future trend was to develop quality dedicated lines, direct-operated LTL practice and cross-industry cooperation; leading enterprises in this field would gradually come into shape and standard duplication would be a necessity.
