摘要
以江苏一家物流企业作为实证对象展开研究。研究过程分三步完成,首先确定物流企业的数字管理需求;其次确定物流企业展开数字管理的具体思路;最后,结合实证对象,进行数字化管理的具体落实、实施与评价。有效地实现了通过实行数字化管理,提升物流企业发展潜力和动力的目的。同时,结合实证分析结果,为国内同类企业进行数字化管理提出了具体的对策与建议。
In this paper we conducted a three-step study on one logistics enterprise from Jiangsu. First we determined the demand for digital management of the logistics enterprises; then we determined the specific steps for the implementation of digital management by the logistics enterprises; at the end, with regard to an empirical object, we carried out the specific realization, implementation and evaluation of the digital management. Meanwhile, based on the finding, we provided suggestions and countermeasures for Chinese enterprises of the same category in their implementation of digital management.
