摘要
探讨了我国货物运输环节相关的法律法规和制度体系建设的现状及其存在的问题,围绕公路运输、铁路运输、水路运输、航空运输和货运代理等方面进行研究,提出了健全和完善我国物流运输环节法律体系的建议和对策。
In this paper, we discussed the current status of the construction of the legal and regulatory systems related to logistics transportation in China and the existing problems in the aspects of highway transportation, railway transportation, waterway transportation, airway transportation and freight consignment, etc., respectively, and finally proposed the suggestions and countermeasures to enhance the legal systems of logistics transportation in China.
