摘要
农民政治参与状况是我国民主政治发展和政治现代化的重要标志,而我国西部地区交通不便,经济落后,农民政治参与积极性不高,能力较低,参与渠道不畅通。通过分析西部地区农民政治参与的现状,探讨了当前西部地区农民政治参与的制约因素,提出了扩大西部地区农民政治参与的对策。
Peasants＇ political participation is the product of the development of the modern democratic politics and the symbol of political modernization.But in the western region of China,owing to the backward economy and transportation,the peasants＇ participating enthusiasm is not high,and so is their political participation ability.The lack of channels for political participation is also impeding their political enthusiasm.We analyze the current situation of orderly political participation of the peasants,make a summary of its problems and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
