摘要
伴随全球经济区域一体化进程的加快,食品质量安全问题己经超越了国界,变成了世界性的问题。从供应链的角度探讨了食品质量安全问题,首先诠释了食品供应链及食品质量安全的相关概念,然后基于食品企业供应链的食品安全保障的研究和理论知识,分析了国内食品企业供应链管理和食品质量安全的现状,并从这些基点出发,提出了对当今食品供应链质量安全管理体系改进的建议。
With the global economic integration speeding up,the food quality and safety issues been surmounted national boundaries,has become a global issue.This article is from the supply chain to explore the problem of food quality and safety,first explains the food supply chain and food quality and safety related concepts,and then based on the food supply chain of food security status and theoretical knowledge,analyzes the domestic modern food enterprise supply chain management and the present situation of food safety,from the point of view,puts on the enterprises in the food supply chain quality security management system and suggestions for improvement
