双极人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察双极人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法对42例高龄患者采用双极人工股骨头置换术治疗。结果所有42例患者均或随访,随访时间16个月～10年,平均48个月。X线片示假体位置佳,无松动迹象。根据Harris髋关节评分标准:优29例,良8例,可4例,差1例。优良率为88.1%。结论双极人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折疗效好、手术操作简单、时间短,创伤小、并发症少,是治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的较理想的方案。
