摘要
针对当前高校"三困生"帮扶机制存在的问题,本研究提出以积极心理学理念为指导,通过帮助"三困生"形成积极思维,塑造积极心理品质,主动开展心理帮扶;通过建立学业台账,实施积极预防,有效开展学业帮扶;通过完善资助方式,引入新型资助,深入开展经济帮扶,最终建构以心理帮扶为核心的"三困生"积极帮扶机制。
Students with economical,study and psychological problems are called ＂ESP students＂.To solve the current ESP Students＇ problems in universities,the study proposed to construct Positve Assistance Mechanism for ESP Students taking psychological help as centre under the guidance of the Positive Psychology concepts,to initiate psychological help by helping ESP students form positive thinkings and shape positive psychological qualitis,to initiate academic help by establishing academic ledger and implementing active prevention,and to initiate financial aid by perfecting method of subsidy and using innovative funding modalities.
