摘要
目的总结心脏穿透伤的救治经验。方法回顾2000年1月～2012年6月我科急诊剖胸探查、手术修补救治心脏穿透伤14例患者的诊治资料,总结其临床特点及诊治经验。结果全组病例均经急诊开胸手术治疗,12例治愈出院,1例送入手术室后出现心跳骤停,急诊开胸积极抢救无效死亡,1例并发肾脏刀刺伤,术中死于失血性休克。结论早期及时明确诊断、迅速果断剖胸探查、有效缝合心脏伤口是救治心脏穿透伤的关键。
Objective To summarize the experience of treatment of penetrating cardiac trauma. Methods Reviewed from January 2000 to June 2012 year emergency exploratory thoracotomy operation, repair treatment of penetrating cardiac trauma in 14 cases of patients with the diagnosis and treatment of data, summarize its clinical characteristics and experience of diagnosis and treatment. Results All cases were treated with emergency department thoracotomy op- eration, 12 cases cured, 1 case appeared cardiac arrest and died actively rescue invalid death of emergency department thoracotomy, 1 case complicated with renal stab wounds and died of hemorrhagic shock during operation. Conclusion Early diagnosis, prompt and decisive exploratory thoracotomy, effective stitching heart wound treatment is the key to heart penetrating wound
