鼻咽癌调强适形放疗应用现状 被引量:2

摘要 鼻咽癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,好发于广东、广西、湖南、江西和福建等南方五省。鼻咽癌解剖学特点、特殊的生物学行为及其对放射线的敏感性,决定了放射治疗成为其主要的治疗方法。回顾鼻咽癌放疗的历史,单纯放疗5年生存率从50年代的19.6%、70年代50.4%,提高到了90年代的70.8%。疗效的提高与放疗设备的更新、CT/MRI的临床应用以及照射技术的不断改进密切相关。
