摘要
以原位聚合聚吡咯控制结晶法合成的介孔FePO4/PPy为前躯体制备了锂离子电池纳米LiFePO4/C正极材料。用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜以及充放电测试和交流阻抗等研究了吡咯用量对合成材料的结构、形貌和电化学性能的影响。结果表明:LiFePO4/C正极材料与FePO4/PPy前驱体有相似的形貌,吡咯的用量对材料的电化学性能影响较大,当吡咯的加入量为1.0 mL时,材料粒径较小,分布均匀,电化学性能最优,在0.1C倍率下的放电比容量为149.0mA h/g,且循环过程中容量保持率高。
Nano-sized LiFePO4/C cathode materials were synthesized with mesoporous FePO4/PPy precursor prepared by in-situ polymerization restriction method. Effect of pyrroie additive on the structure, morphology and electrochemical properties of LiFePO4/C samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron mieroseopy, transmission electron microscopy, gal- vanostatic charge-discharge tests and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), respectively. The results show that LiFePO4/C and FePO4/PPy have the similar morphology and pyrrole additive affect the electrochemical properties of LiFePO4/C. The LiFePO4/C samples synthesized at a pyrrole addition of 1.0 mL had the smaller particles with the uniform particle size distribution and superior electrochemical properties. The initial discharge capacity of the sample was 149.0 mA.h/g in the voltage window range of 2.5-4.1 V at 0.1 C rate and the capacity retention was superior.
