皮瓣穿支血管的超声成像及临床应用 被引量:6

摘要 在过去20年中,皮瓣设计取得了巨大发展,越来越多的皮瓣设计是基于知名血管发出的穿支血管,这类皮瓣能够显著降低皮瓣供区的损伤,减少并发症的发生。然而,由于穿支血管的准确位置有着显著差异及变异,为了帮助鉴别主要穿支血管的位置及其走行过程,皮瓣区术前血管成像已在整形外科广泛开展。随着高频彩超及造影技术的发展,超声作为一种无创的血管检测方法,已成为皮瓣微小血管检测的重要手段。
