摘要
【摘要】目的探索手指I度脱套伤创面与覆盖所需的皮瓣是否存在恒定比例关系即皮瓣系数(p)。方法将25例尸体标本双手的中指中节中部以远皮肤,根据两侧中线分成背侧和掌侧,分别测量皮肤及去除皮肤后创面的背侧长度(L1、L1’)、背侧近端宽度(L2、12’)、背侧远端宽度(13、L3’)、掌侧长度(14、IA’)、掌侧近端宽度(IJ5、L5’)、掌侧远端宽度(L6、L6’);采用SPSS13.0软件处理数据并以皮肤与创面相应径线的比值作为皮瓣系数(p)。结果p1(L1/L1’)=1.18±0.05;p2(L2/L2’)=1.24±0.15;p3(13/13’)=1.20±0.14;04(L4/L4’)=1.35±0.06;p5(L5/L5’)=1.48±0.11;06(L6/L6’)=1.40±0.07。结论手指I度脱套伤的创面与覆盖所需的皮瓣存在恒定比例关系。
Abstract: Objective To research the constant proportional relationship which was named the flap coef- ficient between the wound of class I degloving injuries of fingers and the flap. Methods Twenty-five fresh cadavers were selected, the skin beyond the middle section of middle finger of the two hand was divided into dorsal part and palmar part, according to both sides of the center line. The data of the area of skin and wound of middle fingers of 50 hands was obtained, which included the length of dorsal part ( L1, LI' ) , the proximal width of dorsal part (L2, L2'), the distal width of dorsal part (L3, L3'), the length of palmar part (L4, L4'), the proximal width of palmar part (LS, LS'), the distal width of palmar part (L6 ,L6'). The data was processed by the SPSS 13.0 software and the ratio of the respective diameters of'skin and wound was as the flap coefficient (p). Results pl (L1/Ll')=l.18+0.05; p2(I2/L2')=l.24_+0.15; p3(L3/L3')=l.20 +0.14; p4(IA/IA')=l.35+0.06; pS(LS/L5')=l.48 +0.11; p6(L6/L6')=l.40+0.07. Conclusion There was constant proportional relationship between the wound of class I degloving injuries of fingers and the flap.
