摘要
本文报道6例慢性轻度苯中毒病人和3例观察对象外周血白细胞形态的电镜观察。并以正常成人作对照。结果表明慢性轻度苯中毒病人白细胞超微结构出现一系列形态学改变。此种改变也存在于部分观察对象的白细胞中。
The ultrastructure of the white blood cell in peripheral blood from 3 observed subjects and 6 patients with chronic mild benzene poisoning were studied with electron microscopy. The results showed that the granulocyte from 6 patients with benzene poisoning presented a series of morphological changes: AG and SG were apparently decreased or disappeared. Swelling of mitochondria, dilatation. degranulation and vesiculation of ER were presented in neutrophils, leading to the plasma vesiculation. Nuclear projection, nuclear pycnosis were also found in some neutrophils. The lymphocytes also presented some similar degenerations in ultrastructure. Some of the lymphacytes appeared chromatin margination, nuclear pycnosis, irregular shape of nucleus and binuclear cell.Above mentioned degenerations of the white blood cell not only presented in the patients with chronic mild benzene poisoning but also presented to a certain extent in 2 observed subjects.
