Experimental Research on Key Technology of Low Temperature Bonded Pellets for Blast Furnace

摘要 以炼铁除尘灰、炼钢转炉污泥、55%铁精矿、45%普通矿粉为原料,使用改性无机粘结剂,研究了不同粘结剂配比、成型压力、干燥温度、干燥时间下低温固结球团的抗压指标,并根据研究结果进行了小规模生产验证试验,结果认为该技术具有较好的应用前景。 By using the modified inorganic binder as a binding agent and the iron-making dust, steelmaking converter sludge,55 % iron concentrate and 45 % ordinary ore fines as raw materials, the compression index of low-temperature bonded pellets was studied under different binding agent proportion, briquetting pressure, drying temperature and drying time. Based on the research results,small scale industrial production verification test was conducted, and it was considered that the technology has good application prospect.
