基于内嵌式开关柜局部放电监测技术的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对现有开关柜局部放电检测/监测技术存在的缺陷,研究设计了一种新型的开关柜局部放电监测方案。该方案设计将监测设备所有组件内嵌安装于开关柜金属壳体内部,有效降低了环境噪声对监测数据的影响;设备自动、连续监测,监测过程无需人工干预;监测结果以数值方式直观显示,巡检人员直接读取监测数据即可完成开关柜局部放电巡检工作,有效实现快速巡检。通过实验室测试和现场安装运行,结果表明设备操作简易,能有效监测开关柜局部放电状态,较现有检测设备,监测数据更准确。 In light of the defects of existing detection techniques for partial discharge of switch cubicle,this paper proposes a novel scheme of partial discharge detection for switch cubicle.In the proposed design scheme,all components of the detection equipment are embedded inside the metal shell of a switch cubicle,which effectively reducing the environmental noise disturbance on the detection data.This detection equipment can work automatically and continuously without human intervention,and the detection result is visually displayed in numerical form,which makes it faster and more convenient for inspection personnel to detect the partial discharge of a switch cubicle.Through the laboratory test and field installation and operation,the result indicates that the proposed detection equipment is easy to operate,and effective to detect the switchgear partial discharge.Comparatively,it has higher precision in output detection data than the existing detection equipments.
