摘要 以黄瓜‘碧龙一号’和砧木黑籽南瓜(Cucurbita ficifolia)为材料,在工厂化育苗条件下,对秧苗进行贴接、双砧木断根嫁接、插接、断根嫁接、靠接法处理,通过测定相关指标,研究不同方法对嫁接苗的影响。结果表明:断根嫁接显著提高嫁接效率、成活率、秧苗质量及初期产量,在黄瓜商品性方面具有明显的优势。可见断根嫁接是适合工厂化高效、优质育苗的推荐嫁接方法。 Using Cucurbita ficifolia as rootstock,'Bilong No.1 cucumber' as scion,under the factory production mode condition,the effects of different grafting methods on cucumber grafting seedlings were studied by measuring the related indices.The five grafting methods used were close-joining grafting,double-stock root-cut-grafting,cuttage grafting,root-cut-grafting and approach grafting.The results showed that root-cut-grafting could improve grafting efficiency,survival rate,quality of seedlings as well as the initial potential significantly.Root-cut-grafting also had obvious advantages in cucumber commodification.It is concluded that root-cut-grafting is a suitable factory grafting method which has high efficiency and high quality.
