摘要
作者以丙烯酸和三氯化磷为原料,合成了中间体丙烯酰氯,考察了原料配比、反应温度、反应时间3个条件对反应结果的影响,对丙烯酰氯与二正丁胺发生胺解反应合成N,N-二丁基丙烯酰胺进行了初步的探索,该方案合成DBAA是可行的,得到了目的产物。
N,N-Dibutylacrylamide (DBAA) has broad prospects for the development and application of fine chemical raw materials. This paper focuses on acrylic acid and phosphorus trichloride as raw material to firstly synthesize acryloyl chloride. In this process,the effect of the ratio of reactants,reaction temperature,reaction time on the reaction results was examined. Then, a preliminary exploratory experiment was conducted on acryloyl chloride and Di-n-butylamine to synthesize DBAA by amination reaction. The result showed that this synthesis process of DBAA is entirely feasible,and is able to get the target product.
