肾移植术后受者CD4+CD28nullT淋巴细胞的表达和阿托伐他汀的干预作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨肾移植术后受者CD4+CD28nullT淋巴细胞的表达和阿托伐他汀的干预作用。方法采用流式细胞仪检测35例肾移植术后3年以上无明显排斥反应受者以及20例健康人外周血CD4+CD28nullT淋巴细胞数量。对21例合并高脂血症的患者,给予阿托伐他汀20 mg/d干预3月后再次检测外周血CD4+CD28nullT淋巴细胞数量的变化。结果与健康人相比,肾移植术后受者外周血CD4+CD28nullT淋巴细胞表达明显增加(P<0.01),通过阿托伐他汀干预后其表达可以明显下降(P<0.01)。结论肾移植术后受者外周血CD4+CD28nullT淋巴细胞表达增加可能是移植后心血管事件风险增加的重要因素之一,阿托伐他汀可以抑制其作用。 【Objective】To investigate the expression of CD4+CD28null T lymphocyte in the patients with renal transplantation and the intervention of atorvastatin.【Methods】CD4+CD28null lymphocyte expression in peripheral blood was detected through the flow cytometric detection in 35 patients who were received renal transplantation above 3 years ago and did not accompany with apparent rejection and in 20 healthy people.21 cases of patients with hyperlipidemia were treated with atorvastatin 20 mg/d for 3 months,and then they were detected again.【Results】 Compared with healthy people in the control group,CD4 +CD28null T lymphocyte expression in the patients after kidney transplantation was significantly higher(P〈0.01),and atorvastatin could decline its expression significantly(P〈0.01).【Conclusion】CD4+CD28null T lymphocyte expression in the patients with renal transplantation may increase the risk of cardiovascular events and atorvastatin may inhibit its expression.
