用光镜和电镜观察初生土山羊乳腺的结构 ,结果显示初生土山羊乳腺在出生后 ,只形成主要的导管 ;而腺小叶中的上皮细胞索 ,是正在形成过程中的导管 ;未见腺泡的结构。此外 。
Under the microscope and electromicrocope to observe mammary gland structure of local newboun goat, the result of observation showed that the gland structure of the local newborn goat only formed the essential ducts amd the epithetical cell cords seen in the glandular lobule were those in their process to form into ducts. Did not see amy structure about avinus in the gland. In addition, there were plenty of conect tissue. Some kinds of conect tissue cells and fat cells.
