摘要
我国民办高等教育30年来取得了很大的发展,但同时也面临着一系列的困境,具体体现为政府的越位与缺位、同质化和边缘化以及资金来源的缺乏和单一。实际上,上述困境在一定程度上是由于政府信任"空心化"、社会信任"空心化"以及自我信任"空心化"引起的,因此,身份与声誉的创建、信息的公开与公示、第三域与互惠关系的构建理应成为我国民办高等教育避免信任"空心化"和促进自身发展的重要思路。
Over the past 30 years,China＇s private higher education has made great development,but simultaneously also faces a series of difficulties as governmental offside and vacancy,homogenization and mercerization,shortage of funds.In fact,the dilemma is to some extent because of the trust in government ＂hollow＂, social trust＂hollow＂and the self confidence of＂hollow＂.Therefore, to create the identity and reputation, open information and publicity,to create third domains and reciprocal relationship should be the important thoughts to avoid trust ＂hollow＂, to promote the development of the china＇ s private higher education.
