摘要
高校毕业生的就业质量是高校办学水平的重要体现。构建毕业生就业质量评价体系,能够客观地对毕业生的就业质量进行科学的评价,比较全面地掌握毕业生就业情况,为学校制定人才培养目标和人才培养体系提供依据,从而提高毕业生就业质量,真正实现高校毕业生"学以致用,人尽其才"。
The employment quality of university graduates is an important manifestation of the level of higher education.Universities should build employment quality evaluation system to conduct objective and scientific assessment of graduates＇ employment quality and have complete control of graduates＇ employment situation, thus formulating practical countermeasures to improve graduates＇employment quality so as to realize the ideal ＂learn in order to practice, give full scope to talents＂.
