摘要
足球兴衰与国家民族的命运紧密相联,现代足球是中国现代化进程的一部分。文明视野与现代化理论表明,文明创生决定着中国足球的命运,当今中国足球改革困境在于,传统文化形成了顽固的路径依赖,集权体制难以走出垄断创新思维,足球改革亟需制度攻坚。中国足球命运令人期待,拷问着领导集体的创造性,足球改革应反思执政理念与治理结构的合法性。面临多种困难,必须清醒",拖着走"没有前途",领着走"才是希望。
Modern football is a part of Chinese modernization. The civilization view and modernization theory show that civilization innovation determined the fate of Chinese football. At present, the dilemma of Chinese football reform is the path dependence due to traditional culture, the institution lock due to cen- tralization. The fate is not quite optimistic, but also a kind of expectation by the many, while questioning via torture the creativity of the few. In the course of modernization, ＂creation of the few＂ should think back to the validity on the governing idea and administration structure, and take care of multiple snares.
