摘要
通过测定浆体的流动度、混凝土的坍落度及它们的经时损失,研究了钢铁渣粉对水泥与减水剂相容性的影响。结果表明:在减水剂掺量相同时,掺入钢铁渣粉的水泥浆体比对照组的水泥浆体具有更大的流动度和更小的流动度经时损失;在混凝土有相近的初始坍落度时,掺入钢铁渣粉的混凝土比对照组的混凝土需要的减水剂掺量少。钢铁渣粉能够改善水泥与减水剂(包括聚羧酸和萘系减水剂)的相容性,其效果与矿渣粉对水泥与减水剂的相容性的改善效果相近。
Influence of iron and steel slag on compatibility of cement and superplasticizer was studied by determining the fluidity of paste, slump of concrete,and their time-depended losses.The results showed that when the adding amounts of superplasticizer were the same,cement paste containing iron and steel slag got bigger fluidity but smaller time-depended loss of fluidity than the contrast cement paste.Concrete containing iron and steel slag need less superplasticizer than the contrast concrete to get similar initial slump.Iron and steel slag improved the compatibility of cement and superplasticizer,including naphthalene and polycarboxylate super'plasticizer.The improving effects of iron and steel slag and slag on the compatibility of cement and superplastieizer are very close to each other.
