摘要
扩顶CFG桩复合地基是在常规CFG桩复合地基基础上发展起来的一种新的地基处理形式,利用了扩顶的荷载收集效应,充分发挥桩体高承载力的优势及桩间土的承载和变形协调能力。本文简要介绍了扩顶CFG桩复合地基的作用机理及油罐地基处理的要求和特点。针对江苏某大型油罐基底为淤泥质软土的特殊情况,采用"山皮石桩+CFG桩+桩帽+加筋垫层"的复合形式,桩帽和加筋垫层的共同作用,充分发挥桩体高承载力的优势,创造性的将山皮石桩+扩顶CFG桩的多桩型复合地基处理方式应用于大型油罐地基处理中,为大型油罐软土地基处理提供了一种新的思路。
The top-extended CFG pile composite foundation is a new foundation treatment technique based on the conventional CFG pile composite foundation. It can make full use of the “load collecting” function and high bearing capacity of top-extended piles, and the bearing capacity and the deformation compatibility of soil between piles. This paper introduces the mechanism of the top- extended CFG pile composite foundation and the requirements and characteristics of oil tank foundation treatment. According to the foundation for silt soil of a large oil tank in Jiangsu province, it can give full play to the advantages of high bearing capacity of CFG pile, using the “gravel pile + CFG pile + pile cap + reinforced cushion”compound form, as well as pile caps and reinforced cushion worked together. The gravel pile and top-extended CFG pile composite foundation is creatively applied to the foundation treatment of large oil tanks and provides new thinking for vhe soft soil foundation treatment of large oil tanks.
