摘要
本文基于有限元程序ABAQUS建立了网架结构的分析模型,对不同长宽比、空间高度、跨度条件下的正放四角锥网架结构在大空间非均匀温度场中的耐火性能进行了分析计算。结果表明,网架结构在火灾下均出现了内力重分布,结构挠度变化较大;在相同跨度和支座布置条件下,随着空间高度的增加网架结构挠度增量呈降低趋势;在相同空间高度和支座布置条件下,跨度越小,温度对结构位移影响越明显;在相同高度和建筑面积条件下,矩形网架的抗火性能更好。本文在理论分析的基础上给出了网架结构建筑结构防火保护的建议范围,可为我国大空间结构的抗火设计提供有益参考。
Space grid structure models,which based on the finite element software ABAQUS,were proposed in this paper. The fire performance of regular pyramid space trusses with different models, different space heights and different spans was analyzed and calculated in the non-uniform fire temperature field. The results show that the stress redistribution and a large deformation emerge during the fire. The higher the space grid structure, the smaller the increment of displacement when the space grid structure has the same span and bearing arrangement ; the smaller the span, the more obvious the influence of temperature on the displacement when the space grid structure has the same space height and bearing arrangement. Compared with the square truss, the rectangular one is more flame-resistant. The paper presents out a recommended range of fire protection for the space grid structure after theoretical analysis, and provides a useful reference for the fire resistant design of large space structures.
