摘要
分析了CST系统软起动的过程和原理,介绍了线性湿式摩擦离合器的结构组成和工作原理。在此基础上,对线性湿式离合器的各关键参数进行了计算,旨在为大功率刮板输送机可控软起动设备的开发提供理论依据。
The soft-start process and principle of CST system were analyzed, the structural composition and operating principle of linear wet friction clutch were introduced. On this basis, the different key parameters of linear wet clutch disk were calculated, in order to provide a theoretical basis for developing the controlled soft-start equipment of high power armoured face conveyor.
