摘要
根据指标要求和工作需要选择了数控机床工作台位置伺服系统的相关组成元件,建立了系统数学模型,并对其进行了分析和控制器设计。最后对系统稳态和动态性能进行了综合分析,并用MATLAB进行了仿真。仿真结果表明校正后的系统完全满足设计要求,具有响应速度快、超调量小、调节时间短、控制精度高、可靠、稳定、能有效抑制内外扰动等特点。
According to the index requirements and work needs, the NC machine table position servo system was chosen related components, mathematical model is established. The controller is designed by analysing mathematical model. Finally, the steady and dynamic performance is comprehensively analysed and the simulation is presented with help of MATLAB. It is showed that the compensated system satisfies the design requirements such as fast response and small overshoots and short settling time, high control accuracy, reliability and stability, and it can effectively attenuate internal and external disturbance, etc..
