摘要
分别给予大鼠臂旁核0.1mA、0.2mA、0.25mA、0.3mA的电刺激,观察胃内压的变化。结果提示0.2mA对胃内压影响最为明显。同时也分别用50Hz、100Hz、150Hz的方波刺激,观察其对胃内压的影响,结果提示3种频率的方波刺激均对胃内压有明显影响,但以100Hz最为显著。核团微注射谷氨酸单钠,也可引起胃内压下降,提示该效应是由于该核团胞体兴奋所致。直流阳极损毁NPB后,电刺激对胃内压的影响被阻断。
IGP was obviously decreased by electric-stimulation of Parabrachial nucleus (NPB). We investigated the effects of 0.1mA, 0.2mA, 0.25mA, and 0.3mA on IGP. Evidences showed that intensity of 0.2mA decreased IGP most obviously. In the mean time, we found that stimulation of 100Hz affected IGP most obviously among 50Hz, 100Hz, and 150Hz. Results of microinjection of sodium aminoglutation acid into NPB indicated that the affection was induced by cell excitation of NPB. Effects of stimulation of NPB on IGP did not happen after we had destroyed NPB by direct currect.
