摘要
目的:总结国医大师周仲瑛教授运用藏象学说辨治哮喘的临证经验。方法:通过临床跟师侍诊,研读周老医案及中医经典文献进行总结。结果:周老善于运用藏象学说辨治哮喘病,提出了"重视脏腑相关的整体治疗"原则,指出:痰哮重在治脾以杜痰源,虚哮主在治肾以清痰本;发作期邪实者以治肺为要,缓解期正虚者则当调补脾肾,且尤应以补肾为要。结论:中医藏象学说是中医理论体系的核心,也是中医临床辨证论治的理论依据。
Objective：To summarize the experience of national Chinese medical science master professor ZHOU Zhongying to treat asthma by viscera-state doctrine. Methods ： To summarize and conclude his medical records by learning to diagnose and treat diseases with him in the clinic. Results ： Professor ZHOU Zhongying is good at using the viscera-state doctrine to treat asthma, and puts forward the principle of paying attention to the whole of the Zang-fu related treatment, and he points out that the sputum wheezing treatment focuses on treating spleen, virtual wheezing on treating kidney. In the acute stage it should treat lung while in chronic stage it should regulate spleen and kidney, especially invigorating kidney. Conclusion：The viscera-state doctrine is the core of the system of traditional Chinese medicine, and it is also the basis of Chinese medicine clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.
