摘要
当前，职教集团校企合作面临一定的困难，主要表现为校企双方合作的程度不深、企业参与的动力不足。文章结合职教集团校企合作的现状，对其产生的原因进行了细致的分析，认为，校企合作双方应更新观念，大胆创新合作机制，在政府引导下，风险共担、利益共享、实现双赢，校企合作才能由浅入深。
Currently, the school - enterprise collaboration of vocational education group is facing some difficulties ; the main phenomenon is that the degree of school - enterprise cooperation is not deep enough and participation of enterprises is not so active. Based on the present situation of school - enterprise cooperation of vocational education group, this paper analyses the reasons in detail, and get a conlusion that both sides of school - enterprise cooperation, should renew their ideas, boldly innovate cooperation mechanism, share the risks and interests and achieve a winwin situation under the government guidance, thus cooperation between school and enterprise can become more and more deep and complete.
