摘要
落后地区经济社会发展普遍受到自我发展能力不足的制约,增强区域自我发展能力成为当前我国亟待解决的重要问题。新疆兵团经济社会发展面临产业结构不合理和区域发展不平衡的问题,主要原因在于其要素集聚、资源配置、科技发展和制度优化等方面的能力不足,应有针对性地加以提升,才能保障新疆兵团实现跨越式发展。
The economic and social development in the backward areas are commonly restricted by self - development of insufficient ability, therefore, strengthening regional self - development ability becomes an important problem to be solved urgently in our country. The economic and social development in Xinjiang Corps must face the unreasonable industrial structure and the problem of the imbalance of regional development, and the main reason lies in its elements concentration, allocation of resources,insufficient science and technology development and system optimization ability , which should be specifieaUy lifted, so as to safeguard Xinjiang Corps to realize the great -leap -forward development.
