摘要
在新时期改革传统的应试教育模式向素质教育模式转变中,管理学理论的学习更具有其特殊性。在这里,通过调查学生学习过管理学理论知识后的知识沉淀程度和管理技能状态,并从调查中得出5个结论用来说明目前我们管理学教学成效的现状。并以此开始进行成效分析,得出成效图、成效路径图和三个可以取得成效的基本路径,然后从理论上分析了三个基本路径,得出采用路径三的建议,指出路径三可作为提高管理学教学成效的极重要研究方向。
In the new era of education reform, the traditional model must transform to quality education, the learning of man- agement theory has its particularity. Here, we adopt questionnaire which can objectively reflect knowledge - master - degree in management theory and management skills, draw five conclusions that can interpret the effectiveness of our current manage- rnent teaching. Though effectiveness analysis, we got the effectiveness -map, effectiveness -route - map and three basic ef- fectiveness routes, then analyze the three basic effectiveness routes, deduce the suggestion of adopting routine -3 which we think it as a very important direction for improvement on management teaching effectiveness.
