摘要
利用氨苄青霉素引起SPF BALB/C小鼠肠道菌群失调腹泻作为模型 ,观察肠康平制剂调整肠道菌群的药效作用 ,并与其它同类单价制剂比较 ,结果显示肠康平制剂对该SPF BALB/C小鼠肠道菌群失调腹泻具有治疗作用 ,高剂量组 (10 6CFU/次 )的治疗效果优于低剂量组 (10 4 CFU/次 ) ;肠康平制剂缓解SPF BALB/C小鼠肠道菌群失调后腹泻症状的时间较单价制剂略快。
In present study,a diarrhea model of intestinal flora imbalance in SPF-BALB/C mice has been established by ampicillin,and to study the effect of Changkangping(CHKP),the living preparation of Bifidobacterium and Clostridium butyricum.The results showed that CHKP had the functions for regulating intestinal flora and for treating diarrhea induced by antibiotics.The high dose(10 6CFU/dose)was better than the low dose(10 4CFU/dose).CHKP has been observed a little rapid effect for treating diarrhea than single living preparation of Bifidobacterium or of Clostridium butyricum.
