Optical Networking Technologies and Its Application Trend of Cloud Computing Data Center

摘要 云计算不断发展将使数据中心聚集大量的数据,这不仅要求数据中心内部的服务器之间需要更加高效的互联,同时要求数据中心之间也要新的互联技术。本文从云数据中心对网络的需求出发,分析了云计算数据中心之间和数据中心内部的光互联技术方案,探讨了数据中心光互联技术的应用趋势。 Datacenter is the most important infrastructure for cloud computing, playing significant role in ICT field. The emerg-ing cloud computing and data center interconnection have put lots of new requirements to current network infrastructure and drive for novel networking technologies. In this work, based on the analysis of network requirement for datacenter, we discussed the current datacenter optical interconnection solutions and analyzed the trend ofintra-datacenter and inter-datacenter intercon- nection.
