摘要
阐述了新一代传送网的基本特征,讲述了以OTN为代表的透明联网技术的发展,及100Gbit/s与超100Gbit/s高速WDM系统的发展和挑战,并对超低损耗光纤和基于光纤的复用技术的发展进行了分析。
Key characteristics for new generation transport network were presented in this paper firstly. Then, transparent networking technologies, in particular OTN, as an initial transparent networking technology for new generation transport networks, were analyzed. In the following part, the paper focuses on the development and challenges of 100Gbit/s and beyond 100Gbit/s WDM systems. Subsequently, the development of new kind of optical fiber and fiber based multiplexing technologies was discussed.
