在分析了零件的工艺性后,确定了模具结构方案。设计了垫板的冷冲压模具。设计了凸模、凹模、凸凹模,绘制了模具总装图。
After analyzing the technology of part, the scheme of die structure was determined. The cold stamping die for the plate was designed. The punch, concave die and die-punch were designed and the die assembly drawing was drawn.
