摘要
研究了Al-Mg-Si铝合金氩弧焊结晶裂纹的形成机理。结果表明,产生结晶裂纹的原因是铝合金中的合金元素与铝生成低熔点共晶体液态薄膜,在焊缝凝固过程中,液态薄膜在焊接拉应力的作用下开裂,形成结晶裂纹。
The mechanisms for crystal cracks forming in AI-Mg-Si aluminum alloy was researched. The results show that the formation of crystal crack is caused by the aluminum and other alloying elements reacting together to make low melting-point eutectic liquid films during the cooling process. The liquid film under the welding tensile stress cracks, and then the crystal crack forms.
