棒材生产线无孔型轧制的研究与应用 被引量:2

Study and Application of grooveless rolling in Bar Production Line

摘要 通过对无孔型轧制技术的研究与消化,针对某钢厂棒材生产线轧机布置特点,在粗轧和中轧四架轧机进行无孔型轧制改造。技术关键主要是控制轧机入口、出口导卫间隙与导卫固定;合理分配各架轧机压下量,精确控制宽展量。无孔型轧制中,由于翻平宽展和鼓形宽展,棱角位置每道次都在变化,边角部形成圆边钝角可有效避免应力集中和裂纹的产生;采用无孔型轧制可统一坯料,扩大轧辊使用范围,降低轧制压力,提高轧机作业率,降低能耗,以便获得明显的经济效益和社会效益。 Through the study and digestion of grooveless rolling technology, aiming at the characteristics of rolling machine layout in steel bar production line of a rolling mill, rollers in four rolling mills of rough rolling and middle rolling was changed into grooveless roller. And the key technology is mainly to control entrance of rolling mill, export defended the clearance and defended the fixed guide; reduction of each rolling mill is reasonably distributed, the spread is precisely controlled. In grooveless rolling, due to the horizontal spread and drum spread, comer location changed each time, thus corner forming obtuse angle can avoid stress concentration and the emergence of cracks, using grooveless rolling roll can unify size of stocks, expand employing range of the roller, reduce the rolling pressure, improve mill operations and reduce energy consumption, to gain a significant economic benefit and social benefit.
