摘要
曲轴是车辆发动机的关重部件之一。对某车用曲轴的全纤维锻造工艺的可行性做了详细的分析。模拟了成形过程中金属流动情况和变形分布情况。在此基础上,开展了单拐曲轴全纤维成形的工艺试验,试制出了合格的曲轴锻件。结果表明,曲轴采用全纤维弯曲镦锻是可行的。全纤维弯曲镦锻成形不仅可以用于大型船用曲轴,亦可用于小型车用曲轴的制造。
Crankshaft is one of the most important parts in the engine of vehicle. The feasibility of the process of full fiber forging of the crankshaft was analyzed. The status of the metal flow and the distribution of deformation were simulated. On this basis, process test of the full fiber forging of the crankshaft was carried on. Finally, qualified crankshaft forging was trial-produced. The results indicate that the full fiber forging crankshaft is quite doable, which can apply to the large marine crankshaft and the vehicular crankshaft.
