摘要
根据某整体侧围外板的形状和产品要求,对其典型部位进行了工艺分析。在工艺面设计中利用AutoForm软件对侧围外板拉延件的成形进行了仿真,对工艺补充部分进行了多次调整,得到了优化后的工艺数模,并制定出侧围外板各工序的工作内容。
According to the requirement of shape and product of a whole side plate, the process or typical parts was analyzed. The side plate drawing forming was simulated with AutoForm software in the design of process surface, and many adjustments of the process addendum were carried out. The model of optimized process was obtained. And the work processes of the side panel were formulated.
