摘要
本文报道了中国雨蛙(Hyla chinensis)染色体的组型,其二倍体染色体数目为24(2n=24)条,可配成12对同源染色体;全部为中部和亚中部着丝点,其中第5对染色体的长臂上具有一明显的次缢痕;雌雄个体之间未发现有异形染色体存在。
This paper reports chromosmal karyotype of Hyla chinensis with the bone marrow cells.The observation finds that the number of diploid chromos- ome of this species is 24(2n=24),they are matched into 12 homologous pairs. Among them,Nos.1—3,and 7—12 are metacentric;and Nos.4—6 are submeta- centric. According to the size,shape,and position of the centromere of chromosomes, they can be arranged into 2 groups:Group A(1—6);Group B(7—12);There is no visible evidence of sex chromosome dimorphism. The chromosomes of Hyla chinensis can be very easily identified by their relative length at centromere index,the most distinctive chromosome was No.5, a submetacentric ones with a pronounced secondary constriction on the long arms. lndividual male and female,have no various chromosome discovered. Table 2 lists the results obtained,including the relative length,arm ratio and centromeric index of each chromosome.
