摘要
用化学发光法研究了天竺葵花粗提液对超氧阴离子自由基 (O2 ) —·和羟自由基 ( .OH)的清除作用 ,用分光光度法研究了它对 1 ,1 -二苯基 -2 -苦肼基自由基 (DPPH.)的清除作用。结果表明 ,天竺葵花具有很强的清除自由基活性。其粗提物清除O2—·分别为 3 .5μg ml(红花 ) ,3 .0 μg ml(粉花 ) ,1 .6μg ml(浅粉花 ) ,与茶多酚 (IC50 =1 .1 μg ml)相近 ;清除 .OH的IC50 分别为 5.7μg ml(红花 ) ,4 .2 μg ml(粉花 ) ,3 .8μg ml(浅粉花 ) ,高于硫脲 (IC50 =1 0 μg ml) ;清除DPPH.的IC50 分别为 1 2 μg ml(红花 ) ,8.3 μg ml(粉花 ) ,5.7μg ml(浅粉花 ) ,与茶多酚 (IC50 =5.4 μg ml)相近。天竺葵花可能成为一种新的高效天然抗氧化剂。
Scavenging effects of Pelargonium hortorum Bailey flower extracts.on superoxide radical (O 2 [SX(B-*3]—· ) and hydroxyl radical (·OH) was studied by chemiluminescence assay, and the scavenging effect of its on 1.1(Diphenyl 2 picryl hydrazyl (DPPH .) was studied by spectrophotometry. The results show that scavenging activity of Pelargonium hortorum Bailey flower extracts on free radical is strong, its IC 50 on O 2 [SX(B-*3]—· was 3.5μg/ml(red), 3.0μg/ml(pink),1.6μg/ml(light pink), similar with that of tea polyphenol(IC 50=1.1μg/ml); its IC 50 on ·OH was 5.7μg/ml(red), 4.2μg/ml(pink), 3.8μg/ml(light pink), greater than that of thiourea(IC 50=10μg/ml); its IC 50 on DPPH . was 12μg/ml(red), 8.3μg/ml(pink), 5.7μg/ml(light pink), similar with that of tea polyphenol(IC 50=5.4μg/ml). The Pelargonium hortorum Bailey flower can be used as an antioxidant.
