摘要
目的 观察中西医结合治疗慢性肾盂肾炎的临床疗效。方法 采用中西医结合疗法 ,以自拟中药配合抗生素治疗 (治疗组 ) ,并与单纯抗生素治疗 (对照组 )做对照。结果 治愈率 ,治疗组 66.7% ,对照组 2 8.6% ,经χ2检验 ,治疗组优于对照组 (χ2 =6.72 ,P <0 .0 1 )。结论 中西医结合治疗慢性肾盂肾炎较单纯西医药治疗疗效显著提高。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine on chronic pyelonephritis.Methods 63 patients with chronic pyelonephritis were randomly allocated to two groups. In treatment group (n=42) integration of traditional Chinese herb and antibiotics was utilized and in control group (n=21) only antibiotics was applied. Results The cure rate (66.7%) was significantly higher in treatment group compared with those in control group (28.6%, P<0.01). Conclusions Combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine more effectively treat chronic pyelonephritis than routine method.
