摘要
目的 观察中西医结合治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的疗效。方法 对照组 30例采用能量和剂加维生素 C、病毒唑静脉滴注常规治疗 ,治疗组 30例在西医常规治疗基础上加服益心气养胃中药。2组均 1 5日为 1疗程 ,2个疗程后观察疗效。结果 治疗组疗效及心电图 ST T改变疗效均优于对照组 ( P <0 .0 5) ,且治疗组显效、有效时间亦短于对照组 ( P <0 .0 1 )。结论 中西医结合治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine on viral myocarditis in children. Methods 60 patients with viral myocarditis in children were divided into two groups. In treatment group (n30) integration of replenish the heart-qi and nourish the stomach prescription and routine Western Medicine treatment was utilized and in control group (n=30) only routine Western Medicine treatment was applied, the therapeutic course is 15 days. Results After two courses, the total effective rate (90.00%) was significantly higher in treatment group compared with those in control group (66.67%,P<0.05). Conclusions Integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and routine Western Medicine can effectively treat viral myocarditis in children.
